Can I change a contact's user assignment in Mongoose?

Mongoose user assignments can only be added or changed via the import process; user assignment cannot be changed when viewing the contact's record in Mongoose.

Note that user assignments can be updated (and removed completely if desired) at any time, regardless of whether or not they already have a texting history with an individual user or shared inbox.
