Why Can't I Find A Contact In Mongoose?

Admin users are responsible for importing contact data into Mongoose. If you are unable to find a contact, please contact your team's Admin.

Reasons why you may not be able to find a contact in Mongoose:

- The contact may not be imported into Mongoose.

- The contact may be imported into Mongoose, but missing information (e.g., missing the correct first/last name).

- The contact may be imported into another team in Mongoose (each team has its own set of contacts).
